Total People are one of the largest providers in the North West of quality work-based learning, specialising in apprenticeships and functional skills.
Total People were closing one of their apprenticeship sites due to the end of their lease. Total People approached NCM Auctions on recommendation from Manchester College (part of their group) as we had worked with Manchester College holding a number of auctions on their behalf.
The building needed to be cleared within a restricted three-week timeframe. NCM Auctions travelled to the site and lotted over 200 items 6 workshops and classrooms ready to auction. Items included Workshop machinery such as milling machines, lathes, motor vehicle equipment and a minibus. Contents of workrooms, storerooms, extraction units, tooling, welders and much more.
The main aim of the project was to clear the building within a very limited timeframe, which NCM Auctions achieved successfully.
Total People were happy with the service, which took the headache away from them and they aim to be using NCM Auctions again soon with more upcoming projects.
