Bracknell & Wokingham College had a range of surplus assets to dispose of from a small number of departments as a result of consolidation. NCM Auctions did a superb job. Emma and Nancy were always most helpful with our queries and the process was simple and hassle-free. We only needed someone on-site for a day to do the allocation of lots and photography. Other than that, all the interaction with NCM Auctions was by email and telephone. We generated income beyond our expectations and we would not have started this process without someone like NCM Auctions onboard to help. NCM Auctions were approached by Bracknell and Wokingham College to help find a solution for a range of surplus assets including log cabins which the college no longer had use for.
The college was downsizing certain departments after consolidating. They no longer had a need for many of their assets and were looking for a way to raise capital for the purchase of newer items that the college needed.
To prevent further depreciation and to raise funds for the college, NCM Auctions auctioned the surplus assets on behalf of Bracknell & Wokingham College.
A successful auction ensued, resulting in 96% of assets sold, with a mop-up second auction of un-sold assets going into our monthly collective auction. Customers came from all over the country to dismantle and collect their assets.
